Overview
Rossport Harbour Non-Profit Marina Inc. ("Rossport Marina") is located on the north shore of Rossport harbour. The harbour is able to accommodate power boats, sailboats, personal water craft, canoes, kayaks, commercial and scientific vessels.
The Rossport Marina has International Shipping and Port Security (ISPS) status as an authorized Port of Entry for cruise ship passengers that visit the Village of Rossport. The ISPS status has been approved by Transport Canada.
The entrance to the harbour is sheltered by the mainland which runs along the north and western shores as well as four islands which are located to the south and east of the harbour entrance. The Marina is an important part of the waterfront in the Village of Rossport.
For vessel operators that are entering Canada by boat, please consult the Government of Canada requirements.
The Marina is currently limited in terms of the services that it provides as it is going into a revitalization phase.
