Membership

Membership

Membership is open to all individuals who own property in Rossport or on Nicol Island and who are interested in furthering the interests of the Corporation.  Members are entitled to vote on motions that are tabled at the Annual General Meeting.  A Member is entitled to cast one vote per motion.  Individuals interested in becoming a Member of the Rossport Marina must satisfy the following requirements:

1. The individual seeking to be become a Member must be a property owner in Rossport or on Nicol Island.

2. Individuals must express their desire to become a Member of the Rossport Marina by completing the form below prior to the Annual General Meeting (AGM).  Please be sure to complete all the mandatory fields in the Submission Form.

3. The individual must complete and submit a Membership Application Form.  The completed form should be sent to the President either by email or by Canada Post.

4. The individual's application for membership must be approved by a majority vote of the Board of Directors.

5. If the applicant's membership is approved, they will receive a confirmation by email from the Rossport Marina President.  If the applicant is a new Member, they are required to pay the Initial Membership fee of $1.00 prior to the AGM by clicking the appropriate button below.  Membership payment must be made via debit/credit card.

6. Members, in good standing, are required to renew their membership by paying an Annual Membership Fee of $1.00 prior to the AGM.  Payment of the Annual Membership Fee can be done by clicking the appropriate button below.
