Marina Office Renovations
The renovations to the Marina Office are currently underway. The project is being undertaken through a grant received from Parks Canada.
The renovation project is divided into three components:
Renewal of the roof.
Improvements to the windows, drywalling, insulation and painting of the office, new flooring and enhanced electrical services.
Reconfiguration of the office space to include:
Administrative space with storage facilities.
Merchandise space for the sale of merchandise and basic supplies.
An information area for the display of tourist information and historical material about the marina and the Rossport area. This space will also incorporate a large screen TV that will display images, photos and streaming content about the marina and the Rossport area.
The project plan calls for the completion of the project by the end of July 2026.
