Financial Statements

The financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025 were presented and discussed with the Rossport Marina Membership at the June 14, 2025 Annual General Meeting.  The Members passed a motion to adopt the financial statements as presented.

The financial reporting package included the following:

• Balance Sheet

• Summary Statement of Surplus/Deficit

• Statement of Revenues

• Statement of Operating Expenses

• Statement of Cash Flow

• Notes to the Financial Statements

On March 15, 2025, a Special Members Meeting was held to consider the passing of an Extraordinary Resolution to dismiss with the need to have a Review of the Corporation's accounts and financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025.  The dismissal of the need to have a Review is in accordance with the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act ('the Act") as the Corporation meets the requirements to enable the dismissal of a Review.  The Extraordinary Resolution was passed unanimously by the Members present and voting in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
